Ingredients
- 450 grammes baby potatoes (red or white)
- Spray oil (for cooking)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- ½ tbsp mirin
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a pan over medium heat coated with spray oil, cook baby potatoes (450g) with lid on for 18 min. Shake pan every 3–4 min to avoid burning.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce (3 tbsp), honey (2 tbsp), mirin (½ tbsp), minced garlic (1 clove), and sesame oil (1 tsp).
- Lower heat, add marinade to pan, and mix with potatoes.
- Increase to medium-low and cook potatoes in sauce 4 min until slightly wrinkly.
- Transfer potatoes and sauce to an airtight container. Sprinkle sesame seeds (1 tbsp) before serving or storing.
