  1. In a pan over medium heat coated with spray oil, cook baby potatoes (450g) with lid on for 18 min. Shake pan every 3–4 min to avoid burning.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce (3 tbsp), honey (2 tbsp), mirin (½ tbsp), minced garlic (1 clove), and sesame oil (1 tsp).
  3. Lower heat, add marinade to pan, and mix with potatoes.
  4. Increase to medium-low and cook potatoes in sauce 4 min until slightly wrinkly.
  5. Transfer potatoes and sauce to an airtight container. Sprinkle sesame seeds (1 tbsp) before serving or storing.
